StackAdapt and Magistry

StackAdapt is connected to Magistry: campaigns and daily performance sync in for reporting, and Magistry writes nothing back to your StackAdapt account.

Status: Built and connectable from Settings → Integrations, but not live yet: no store has connected StackAdapt. It is read-only, the one network Magistry connects without steering: its write API could not be verified, so every write is refused.

What moves between StackAdapt and Magistry

Connection: API key (sent as X-Authorization) plus advertiser id.

SYNCS INTO MAGISTRY

  • Campaigns for the connected advertiser only, with state, daily cap or total budget, pacing, goal and bid type.
  • Daily campaign performance: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion revenue.

MAGISTRY CAN CHANGE

Nothing. StackAdapt is connect-only: Magistry reads it and writes nothing back.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO

  • Pause, resume or change the budget of a campaign — StackAdapt is read-only in Magistry; every write is refused because its write API (GraphQL) schema could not be verified.
  • Change ads, ad copy or bids, or create campaigns and ads.
  • Read individual native ads; the API does not link an ad to its campaign.
  • Manage keywords or negative keywords.
  • Offer a StackAdapt change to an AI agent.

How to connect StackAdapt

Connections happen in the dashboard. The connection is read-only: Magistry writes nothing to StackAdapt.
  1. 1In Magistry, open Settings → Integrations and find the StackAdapt card, then press Connect.
  2. 2Ask your StackAdapt account manager for an API key and copy the advertiser id of this store's advertiser.
  3. 3Enter the API key and advertiser id; Magistry reads only that advertiser's campaigns.
  4. 4Magistry makes the same read its sync makes and saves the credentials only if the platform answers; nothing is written to the platform during this check.
  5. 5Once saved, the platform is added to the store's active ad platforms so the regular ads sync starts reading it.

// faq

Common questions

Why is StackAdapt read-only?

Its write API schema could not be verified, so Magistry refuses every StackAdapt write rather than send an unverified one.
