// marketing brain

Every agent reports to one Brain.

The Marketing Brain is the orchestrator above Magistry's agent fleet. It reads every signal in your store, decides what matters most right now, and proposes one coherent plan — then earns the right to execute it, lever by lever, on a trust ramp you can audit.

// what it does

Orchestration, not another automation.

Point tools optimize their own corner and fight each other for the same budget. The Brain sits above every domain, sees the whole store, and resolves conflicts before anything ships — one winner per subject, every tick.
01

One plan, every channel

The Brain reads every signal — performance, budget pacing, competitor pressure, feed health, tracking coverage, seasonality — and proposes one coherent plan across ads, catalog, pricing, promotions, collections, and social. No agent acts in a vacuum.

02

Autonomy is earned, per lever

Every lever — budget moves, negatives, pricing, promotions — climbs its own trust ramp. Sustained wins promote it one autonomy tier; a losing streak demotes it back to your review immediately. Fast down, slow up.

03

The verdict engine keeps score

Every applied action is scored win, loss, or neutral on a full measurement window, against your store's break-even ROAS with baseline-drift adjustment. Confidence is grounded in realized win-rates — and can only add review, never remove it.

04

A budget envelope it cannot break

Per-domain soft daily spend caps with ±20% clamps per move. Increases that would breach the envelope stay proposals; decreases and pauses always go through. Irreversible actions are never auto-approved — on any tier.

05

A strategist and a memory

A weekly strategist pass sets durable initiatives — themed bets with committed campaign-by-campaign plans. A weekly reflection pass distills verified outcomes into lessons the Brain carries into every future decision.

06

Urgency preemption

A ROAS collapse, complaint cluster, or reputation crisis doesn't wait for the next cycle. Liveness signals preempt the cadence within minutes, and a self-healing monitor repairs stalled loops before you notice them.

// the autonomy ladder

From dry-run to autopilot — at your pace.

The Brain ships off by default and never skips a step. You choose the mode per store; the trust ramp chooses what each lever is allowed to do inside it.

// 01 · dry-run

The Brain proposes and logs everything, executes nothing. You watch its reasoning on your real data — every proposal carries the evidence it was built on.

// 02 · approval-only

Proposals queue as cards in the dashboard. You approve item by item; every approval and rejection trains the trust ramp on what you actually want.

// 03 · autopilot

Gated, reversible moves auto-apply inside the budget envelope. Everything else still comes to you. Demotion is automatic the moment a lever underperforms.
