// magistry — corporate boilerplate
Magistry is the autonomous control plane for multi-channel commerce. Three deep agents — Catalog, Campaign, and Customer Support — write directly to Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and the operator's inbox. Every action is recorded as an evidence-backed, reversible row in an append-only decision log, gated by a default-on kill switch and policy thresholds the operator controls. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Rotterdam, Magistry is backed by Common Threads Ventures, Cedar Park Capital, and North Light Partners, and serves more than 180 Shopify brands across Europe and North America.

// founders
The three people you can quote.
Jonas Reyer
Co-founder & CEO
Jonas spent eight years running growth for two nine-figure DTC brands and three more years as a Shopify Plus partner agency lead before starting Magistry. He thinks the next decade of ecommerce belongs to operators who can hold a kill switch, not chatbots that ask permission. He lives in Rotterdam and rides a steel road bike he refuses to replace.

BookMira Falk
Co-founder & CTO
Mira built planner-judge-executor systems for a London quant fund before applying them to commerce. She holds Magistry's schema lock and its kill switch, and her favourite product debate is whether a feature can be expressed as an append-only row. She is based in Rotterdam and contributes to two open-source Postgres extensions in her spare time.
// available for interview
BookAdaeze Okonji
Co-founder & Head of Strategy
Adaeze led commerce strategy at one of Europe's largest holding groups for six years, where she watched a hundred brands try and fail to operationalise AI. She joined Mira and Jonas to build the layer underneath that would have made those attempts succeed. She splits time between London and Lisbon and writes a quiet newsletter about ledger systems.
