He thinks the next decade of ecommerce belongs to operators who can hold a kill switch, not chatbots that ask permission. He lives in Rotterdam and rides a steel road bike he refuses to replace.

Mira built planner-judge-executor systems for a London quant fund before applying them to commerce. She holds Magistry's schema lock and its kill switch, and her favourite product debate is whether a feature can be expressed as an append-only row. She is based in Rotterdam and contributes to two open-source Postgres extensions in her spare time.

Adaeze led commerce strategy at one of Europe's largest holding groups for six years, where she watched a hundred brands try and fail to operationalise AI. She joined Mira and Jonas to build the layer underneath that would have made those attempts succeed. She splits time between London and Lisbon and writes a quiet newsletter about ledger systems.
