Yes. Every paid plan includes catalog, ads, customer service, tracking, feeds, disputes, social, the Magistry assistant and the autonomous agents. The plans differ in included AI-credits and support.

One unit that meters every agent action. What an action uses follows the live model cost of that action, so there is no fixed price list. Typical figures: under 1 credit for a catalog or review classification, about 1 for an ad creative with image, 2 for a social post or Marketing Brain tick, 3 for a full CS resolution and 4 for a Magistry chat turn. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; unused credits don't roll over.

We alert you as you approach your allowance. Past it, usage bills at $0.12 per credit, up to a monthly ceiling of three times your plan price (at least $200) that you approve in Shopify. At that ceiling the agents pause and billing stops. Or top up with a credit pack ($99 for 1,000 credits) at a better rate.

Two ways, both pay-as-you-go and available on every plan including Free. Recovery tracks disputes and their deadlines; you review the draft and file it. It is 15% of recovered chargebacks — you pay only on disputes that are won. Prevention, once its card-network alert connections are live, is the alert-network fee plus a flat $5 per successful deflection; until then it is not offered and not billed.

Yes. Upgrade instantly from your dashboard; downgrades go through support. Plans are billed monthly in USD through your Shopify bill; Magistry Standard (non-Shopify) workspaces are billed through Stripe.
