Is there a free trial?
No trial — by design. The Free plan is your trial: the full dashboard and every agent's recommendations, free forever. You upgrade only when you want the agents to act on their own.
Do all plans get all features?
Yes. Every paid plan unlocks the entire platform — catalog, ads, customer service, tracking, feeds, disputes, social, Otto and the autonomous agents. You scale only by included AI-credits, never by gating features.
What are AI-credits?
One simple unit that meters every agent action: a catalog decision or Otto action is 1 credit, a campaign move is 2, a CS resolution is 3, a social post is 4, an ad creative with a generated image is 20. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; unused credits don't roll over.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We alert you as you approach the limit. Past it, usage bills at $0.12 per credit under a hard monthly usage cap you control — agents never run up a surprise bill. Or top up with a credit pack ($99 for 1,000 credits) at a better rate.
How does Dispute Shield pricing work?
Two ways, both pay-as-you-go and available on every plan including Free. Recovery is 15% of recovered chargebacks — you pay only when we win. Prevention is the alert-network fee plus a flat $5 per successful deflection.
Can I change plans anytime?
