What moves between LinkedIn Ads and Magistry
SYNCS INTO MAGISTRY
- Campaigns with status and budgets.
- Ads (creatives) with whether each is serving and any serving holds.
- Daily campaign impressions, clicks, spend, website conversions and conversion value.
MAGISTRY CAN CHANGE
- Pause or resume a campaign, read back to confirm. Changes are proposed by the Campaign Agent and applied after approval, or automatically on autopilot.
- Set a campaign's daily budget, only where the campaign already has one and never above its total budget.
- Pause or resume an individual ad (creative).
WHAT IT CANNOT DO
- Pause a campaign group: it sits above campaigns and would pause all of them.
- Add a daily budget to a campaign that runs on a total budget only.
- Edit ad copy: it lives on the post the ad references.
- Create campaigns or ads.
- Stay connected past 60 days unless LinkedIn has approved refresh tokens for the app; otherwise you reconnect.
- Budget and pause/resume changes count as money-moving: they can't be put on a standing "always do this" rule, so on an approval-only store each one waits for your approval.

How to connect LinkedIn Ads
- 1In Magistry, open Settings → Integrations and, under Advertising, choose Connect on LinkedIn Ads.
- 2Sign in to LinkedIn and approve access.
- 3Choose the LinkedIn ad account the Campaign Manager should manage.
- 4Optional: on the Tracking page, choose "Set it up for me" to send purchases to LinkedIn.
