// launch · in rebuild

Launch a new store, rebuilt before it opens.

Launch is meant to take a brief from a conversation to a store that is ready to sell, with every step checked before it goes public. The first version was for staff only. It is being rebuilt now, and no launch has been completed on the new version yet.

// what the rebuild covers

One brief, carried through every step of a launch.

This describes the design of the rebuild. None of it is offered as a working product until the end-to-end test passes.
01

One launch profile

Markets, channels, budget cap and how much the agents may do on their own are set once, and every step reads the same profile.

02

Research with sources

Product and market research keeps a record of where each finding came from, so a choice can be checked later.

03

Catalog audited before it is public

Imported products are checked before the store goes live, instead of being fixed after a customer finds the problem.

04

Pages and copy as proposals

Store pages and copy are proposed for your approval. Nothing goes live on its own.

05

Built on the live modules

Theme, catalog, Merchant Center feed and Google Ads are the same modules that run for live businesses today.

06

Two keys to go live

Going live needs an explicit second confirmation, and external writes are off until you give it.

// status: in rebuild

Where the rebuild stands.

  • No store has completed a launch on the rebuilt version.
  • The end-to-end test against a real Shopify store has not run yet.
  • Self-serve access stays off until that test passes.
