Microsoft Advertising & Bing and Magistry
Magistry supports Microsoft Merchant Center and connects to Microsoft Advertising and Bing Webmaster Tools. It does not run Microsoft Ads campaigns yet.
Status: Connects, not yet in regular use. Accounts can be connected and Microsoft shopping runs, but there is no proven outcome yet, and Magistry runs no Microsoft Ads campaigns today.

What exists today
Supports Microsoft Merchant Center: your catalog prepared for Microsoft shopping.
Connects to Microsoft Advertising.
Connects to Bing Webmaster Tools for your site's Bing search data.
With Bing Webmaster Tools connected, a nightly job reads your site's Bing clicks and impressions per day, per search query and per page, along with crawl issues, Bing's crawl and index counts, and the sitemaps Bing knows about.
Right after you connect, Magistry submits up to 200 pages to Bing: pages Google already shows in search that Bing has recorded no impressions for.

How to connect Microsoft Advertising & Bing
- 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Connect Microsoft.
- 2Sign in with your Microsoft account and pick the accounts to connect.
- 3For Bing Webmaster Tools, generate an API key under Settings → API access in Bing Webmaster Tools and paste it into Magistry's settings.
- 4Magistry checks the key against your Bing account before saving it, and you pick which of your verified sites belongs to the store.

Common questions
Does Magistry run Microsoft Ads campaigns?
No. It connects to Microsoft Advertising, but Google Ads is the ad network Magistry runs today.
What does the Bing Webmaster Tools connection add next to Search Console?
Search Console shows how Google sees your site. The Bing connection shows the same for Bing: clicks, queries, pages, crawl problems and which pages Bing has indexed.
What happens if I remove the Bing API key?
The key is deleted and Magistry stops pulling Bing search data and submitting pages for the store. Data already collected is kept.
