November 2026

6 Nov 2026NEWTRACKING

Guided setup for sending purchases to Meta

A new four-step walkthrough on the tracking connections page guides you through connecting your Meta pixel, token, and test event, then confirms purchases are actually being sent. The tracking page now shows your most recent Meta purchase, or tells you plainly when none has gone through and why, where this is switched on for your store.

4 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Customer service inbox details through the API

The developer API can now read inbox workload, a thread's history, notes and unread state, and can add notes, set or clear follow-ups, file threads into folders, resolve attention flags and relink a thread to a product. Closing a thread is still done in the inbox.

4 Nov 2026NEWCOMPLIANCE

Manage disputes and fraud actions through the API

Disputes can now be synced, rebutted, and checked for fraud risk through the API, with evidence and dispute actions available as reviewable steps before anything is submitted.

4 Nov 2026NEWMARKETING BRAIN

Video remakes available to the AI assistant

The assistant can now list your video remakes, start one from an upload or a link, and quote its shots. Planning, making shots and rendering cost credits, so the assistant proposes them with a price and nothing runs until you approve. A direction can ask for a new person but cannot drop the people already in your footage.

4 Nov 2026NEWCATALOG

See the status of API uploads in the creative library

Files uploaded through the API now appear in a list under the Media tab of the creative library, showing whether each one was added, is still being checked, or was refused and why.

4 Nov 2026NEWMARKETING BRAIN

Insights page with KPI drill-downs and product-level detail

The Insights page now lets you open any KPI to see what makes it up, switch between 13, 26 and 52 week periods, and browse a searchable, sortable product table you can export to CSV. Coming into season and Feed revenue at risk link straight through to the relevant catalogue, feed and ads pages.

3 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Manage webhooks and partner tool sources through the API

Webhook subscriptions and partner tool sources can now be created, changed, tested and removed through the API. In developer settings you can pause, resume, test or stop a webhook and pause or remove a partner source. Webhook deliveries now go only to the address that was checked when the endpoint was verified.

3 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Manage API keys and connections through the API

The API can now list and revoke your API keys, and list, test, narrow or revoke connected apps, the same as you can in developer settings.

3 Nov 2026IMPROVEDMARKETING BRAIN

Approvals now explain why a move didn't run

The dashboard card for a move you approved that did not run now tells you why, instead of leaving it looking stuck. The Approve button is held back on moves Magistry already knows it cannot carry out.

3 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Merchant Center actions now available via the API

Merchant Center operations such as account links, approvals, compliance settings, pricing, returns, and sync jobs can now be driven through the Magistry API and SDKs, in addition to the dashboard.

3 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Manage expenses through the developer API

Expenses can now be created, imported, and committed through the public API and SDKs, using a single service that keeps imports and commits consistent.

3 Nov 2026NEWCUSTOMER SERVICE

Manage returns and redress cases through the API

Returns and redress cases can now be created and managed through Magistry's API as well as the dashboard, so your own tools can work with return and refund records directly.

3 Nov 2026IMPROVEDCUSTOMER SERVICE

Widening customer-service autonomy through the assistant or apps waits for your approval

When the assistant or a connected app proposes to widen customer-service autonomy, refund limits, allowed actions, confidence floors or remedy policy, it now waits for your approval, whatever permissions the app holds. Narrowing changes still apply straight away, and changes you make yourself in settings are unchanged.

3 Nov 2026IMPROVEDMARKETING BRAIN

Approving cards no longer requires a phone step-up

You can approve any card from the dashboard or the app without a separate Face ID or passkey step, including money-moving and irreversible cards. The finance bank-payment passkey step is still required.

2 Nov 2026IMPROVEDWORKSPACE

Recap launcher gets a clearer new look

The recap launcher has been redesigned as a solid token card, making it easier to spot and open your recap.

2 Nov 2026IMPROVEDWORKSPACE

Bol and WooCommerce now visible as beta sales channels

Sales channels like bol and WooCommerce that were previously hidden now appear with a Beta label during signup, onboarding and in Settings, so Shopify stores can add them and bol or WooCommerce sellers have a way to sign up.

1 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Review transactions, preview and save rules through the API

The finance API now exposes the review queue, rule preview and save, and classification runs, so you can build on these workflows outside the dashboard. This includes updated SDK clients and API documentation.

1 Nov 2026NEWCATALOG

Import products from a URL through the API and assistant

Import-from-URL is now available through the API and assistant, with a credit quote and a credit cap, and API imports land as drafts by default.

1 Nov 2026IMPROVEDCATALOG

Research candidate decisions now go through one consistent path

Approving, rejecting, and importing research candidates now shares the same review and audit trail across the dashboard and mobile app, so decisions are recorded consistently wherever you act on them.

1 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Manage fixed assets and depreciation through the API

You can now create and manage fixed asset records and depreciation proposals for annual books through the developer API, alongside the matching SDK and Postman updates.

1 Nov 2026NEWMARKETING BRAIN

Manage social settings, drafts and brief enhancement via the assistant

You can now update your social brand profile settings, create post drafts, and enhance post briefs through conversations with your assistant, in addition to the dashboard.

1 Nov 2026NEWCATALOG

Export and download catalogue sheets via the API

Merchants and their tools can now trigger a catalogue sheet export, download the finished file, and check the history of past export jobs through the API.

1 Nov 2026NEWAPI & MCP

Developer settings show usage, app review requests and deliveries

The developer settings page now shows API usage per credential, lets you request a review for an app and see each request's review state, and links to webhook delivery history.

1 Nov 2026NEWTRACKING

See GA4 server-side coverage on the connections page

A new GA4 server-side card shows coverage, sends, and last success for your store, where this is switched on for your store. The diagnostic checks also flag when orders are missing a client id.

1 Nov 2026NEWCATALOG

Promote private uploads so they can be used in designs

Privately uploaded media is now blocked from being added directly to a design, and shows a clear message explaining why. You can instead use the new "Use in designs" action to make a copy available for design use while the original stays private.

October 2026

31 Oct 2026NEWADS

Losing campaigns the guard can't pause now link to an approval card or your pause control

When the loss guard cannot pause a losing campaign, its alert now links to an approval card (on approval-only stores) or to your own pause control for that campaign.

31 Oct 2026IMPROVEDWORKSPACE

Discover insights now included in your weekly workspace email

Your Monday workspace rollup email now includes a Discover section with the same insights and callouts as the standalone Discover digest, so you see them in one place instead of missing them.

30 Oct 2026NEWCOMPLIANCE

See prevented disputes and recovered amounts in the disputes inbox

The disputes inbox can now show a prevented status alongside a card summarizing recovered amounts, where this is switched on for your store.

30 Oct 2026NEWCATALOG

Review catalog changes before they go live

Bulk catalog updates can now be compiled into a changeset you review on the bulk changesets page before anyone approves and applies it to Shopify, and you can revert an applied changeset later. Price changes are not part of this yet.

30 Oct 2026IMPROVEDPRODUCT FEED

Merchant Center issues now explain what they mean and who fixes them

Issue codes from Google's product status reports are now shown with a plain-language explanation, who owns the fix, and a link to resolve it. The Merchant Center page also shows how many of your products are servable per market, compared to the recent high.

30 Oct 2026IMPROVEDMARKETING BRAIN

Approve presses now explain why a move didn't run

When an approved move is refused by the platform, the decision now shows a clear reason instead of staying unclear, and waits briefly for other in-progress changes on the same store to finish first. A catalog move on an unrecognised product now correctly says product rather than campaign.
